Change Collaboration LLC provides the Change Absorption Diagnostic. This notice explains how information submitted through contact with us is handled.
Information we receive
This site does not use an inquiry form and does not collect payment. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your contact details, organization, role, the change you want to discuss, and your message.
Our hosting and email providers may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and deliver their services, such as IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, and security logs.
How information is used
- To respond to inquiries and evaluate whether the diagnostic is an appropriate fit
- To prepare, administer, and support an engagement you authorize
- To maintain business, security, legal, and financial records
- To improve the service using deidentified or aggregated learning where permitted
We do not sell personal information. We do not use information from a confidential inquiry or engagement to target individual participants for sales.
Confidential diagnostic information
Before an engagement, the parties agree on scope, access, attribution, reporting, confidentiality, and permitted uses of evidence. Individual comments are not attributed in a leadership readout unless the agreed scope and participant permissions expressly allow it.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that support business operations, professional advisers bound by appropriate duties, or authorities when required by law. Engagement-specific sharing is governed by the applicable written agreement.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no email or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements. You may also ask us not to use deidentified engagement learning beyond delivery of your engagement.
