These terms govern use of this website. A Change Absorption Diagnostic engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

Informational site

The site describes an advisory service provided by Change Collaboration LLC. Website content is general information and is not a diagnostic conclusion, legal advice, financial advice, regulatory advice, or a substitute for professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.

No automatic client relationship

Visiting the site or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship. An engagement begins only when both parties accept a written agreement defining scope, responsibilities, confidentiality, fees, timing, and other applicable terms.

Appropriate use

You may use the site for lawful evaluation of the service. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, misrepresent your identity or authority, or reproduce proprietary content for commercial use.

Intellectual property

Change Collaboration LLC owns or licenses the site content, service design, diagnostic concepts, and related intellectual property. The site does not disclose or license internal weighting, pattern interaction rules, evidence thresholds, recommendation logic, prompts, or other proprietary diagnostic mechanisms.

Third-party services

Email, hosting, payment, and other services may be supplied by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. Links to another site do not imply responsibility for that site.

Service limitations

Organizational evidence is often incomplete, contested, or context dependent. The diagnostic uses evidence boundaries and explicit uncertainty, but it cannot guarantee adoption, leadership agreement, organizational performance, or a particular outcome.

Changes and availability

Site content, availability, and these terms may change. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date. Engagement terms cannot be changed through this website.
