Cancellations and refunds

No payment is collected through this website. Engagement-specific payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are provided in writing before a client authorizes work or payment.

Before an engagement

An initial fit conversation is confidential, carries no obligation, and does not require payment. A prospective client may decide not to proceed.

After an engagement is contracted

The signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement controls. Because the diagnostic reserves professional capacity and may involve customized analysis, interviews, and document review, cancellation and refund treatment can depend on the timing of cancellation, work already performed, committed expenses, and reserved time.

Billing concerns

If you believe a payment was made in error or have a question about an invoice, contact us promptly. We will review the applicable agreement and payment record and respond directly.
